If you would like to ship to a country not listed, please contact us directly at contact@lomeicandles.com, and we can place a special order for you. We aim to have worldwide delivery soon.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. However, we try our best to also process during the weekends.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Time
After your order is processed and shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

For addresses within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

For addresses within the European Union, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
