Refund policy

1. Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unburned, and in the original packaging.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order separately.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The product must be returned unused, unburned, and in its original packaging.

When you exercise this right:

  • We will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost (if any), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6.  Product Discrepancy

All of our candles and wax melts are individually handcrafted, which means each item is truly one of a kind. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, scent strength, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural differences are a hallmark of handmade products and do not affect the quality or performance of the item.

By purchasing from Lomei Candles, you acknowledge and accept that no two products will be exactly alike, and agree that such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
